Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fernando Medina Photography. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience for all clients.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit goes toward the total session fee.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your session.

  • Your session is not officially booked until the deposit is received.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours in advance without penalty.

  • In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to reschedule your session for the next available date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to a new session date if rescheduled within the allowed time frame.

3. Tardiness & No-Shows

  • If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened depending on location and lighting conditions.

  • Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show, and your session may be canceled without refund.

4. Final Images & Delivery

  • Final retouched images will be delivered via private online gallery within 10–14 business days of your session.

  • Only retouched images selected by the photographer will be delivered. Raw files are not included.

  • Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges.

5. Image Rights & Usage

  • Fernando Medina Photography retains the copyright and usage rights to all images.

  • Images may be used for promotional purposes including website, social media, or portfolio unless a written request is made for privacy.

  • Clients receive a personal license to use their images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Creative Direction

  • By booking, you agree to trust the creative style and artistic direction of Fernando Medina Photography.

  • Location, lighting, posing, and post-production are handled with a refined vision to ensure quality and consistency across all sessions.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for their own attire, grooming, and punctuality.

  • Please inform the photographer of any special requests, sensitivities, or limitations prior to the session.
